At Prince Philip Public School, we recognize the vital role guardians play in their children's education and overall success. Research shows that when parents are actively involved, children do better and achieve more. Our School Council is a platform where parents, students, teachers, staff, and the wider community can collaborate to support the school and enhance student learning.

The School Council provides an inclusive space for all guardians to voice their ideas and contribute to important discussions, ensuring that everyone has a say in shaping their children’s educational experience.

🗓️Meeting dates

SCHOOL COUNCIL MEETINGS are open to all! 

Our School Council meets on the fourth Tuesday of the following months: 

October, November, January, February, April, and May. 

Meetings take place in the Learning Commons and begin at 6:00 p.m. 

Unable to join us in person, we offer a remote way to attend our meetings. A meeting link will be shared with the community the day of.

While our elections are now complete, we encourage all families and community members to continue attending our meetings. Your voice, perspective, and ideas around the table are incredibly valuable as we work together to support our school community.

To make participation as accessible as possible, we will also be providing remote access links for future meetings so that more members of our community can join the conversation. Our next meeting will be October 27th
